約兩小時

1/ Boil up the water then add spring onion, ginger, cinnamon, *Five Species, Japanese star anise, rice wine and beef into the boiling water to cook for 2 hours.

2./另燒一鍋水,待水沸後將麵條放入煮約五分鐘後
撈起

2/ Boil up some more water in the other pot. Then add the noodle into the boiling water to cook for 5 minutes. Drain when done.

3./再加入蒜泥.鹽及煮好的麵條和黃牛肉湯頭即可

3/ Add garlic paste, salt and noodle into the beef soup base. It is ready to serve.

*五香:Five Species,國外的亞洲商店得到五香(至少在紐西蘭買得到)

註:這是牛肉麵的食譜吧!我同事也很喜歡吃!(目前在紐西蘭工作)

Pour green onion, ginger, cinnamon bark, five spices, rice wine and cattle meat/ beef
into the boiled water and cook for approximately two hours.

2./另燒一鍋水,待水沸後將麵條放入煮約五分鐘後撈起
Put the noodles into another pot of boiled water
and cook for about 5 minutes, and then strain the water.

3./再加入蒜泥.鹽及煮好的麵條和黃牛肉湯頭即可
Sprinkle mashed garlic and salt in the cooked noodles and stewed beef soup
“將蒜泥及鹽撒在煮好的麵條和黃牛肉湯裡”

@ Sorry, I did not quite understand your procedure in step 3. What my understanding is like the one in the quotation mark.

@1. Sorry, I missed "star anise" for 八角@2. "boiled water" changed to "boiling water" would be better because the water is still boiling.
