help 習慣用法後面都接原形動詞 中間的to已被省略掉了
除非是另一種用法: 片語 can/could help..... 避免,阻止 後面則接[+v-ing]
I could not help falling in love with you.
我情不自禁愛上你。

2. help "幫助" 不是使役動詞
3. help 之後可加 to + VR 也可以 直接加 VR
4. 這個 VR在這裡是當副詞用來修飾 help 表"目的"

Help is "使役動詞".After that you don't need to plus "to".
