我查\"念舊\"是說 to remember old friends; to cherish old friendship
而\"戀舊\" 則是 yearn for the past; to long for the good old days; yearn for old friends
有沒有比較colloquial(口語?)

When I meet old friends, or someone knew in old time before, I would think of those past memories. I think probably I am a person who would take the old friendship as an important role in my interpersonal relationship. Today I met an old friend , we didn't pause our steps but said "Hi" slightly to each other. And we even had no time to talk about things happened in our lives for these days. I felt a little sorry for that.
要不然你翻成would cherish the old friendship most應該也可
戀舊應該是person who would often think of one's ex- relationships .

It always lets me remember my past when I meet with my old friends or those people that I know from long times ago.
I think I am the kind of person who cherishes memories/ doesn't easily forget the past
Today I met with an old friend. We didn't stop to talk with one another, but just said hi subtly/ lightly/ somewhat.
We didn't have a chance to talk about the life of the other, and I felt a little regrettable.
