未成年者赴美旅遊.不跟團.阿媽可以代替家長帶出國嗎?

姐姐小孩一ㄍ未滿14歲.一ㄍ已經滿14歲.暑假想去美國玩.
可以由直系親屬(外婆)帶出國嗎?
回程託航空公司可以嗎?

1.小孩要由外婆帶去美國玩可以嗎??答:可以,絕對沒有問題,你只要寫一張授權書證明你授權小孩的外婆帶領兩個小孩前往美國.授權書至少要包括:出國及回國的時間,前往的地點,小孩和外婆的姓名以及三人的護照號碼建議您最好事先和孩子講好,美國海關有可能會問小孩外婆是不是他真正的外婆之類的問題~事先有個準備比較好2.回程可以託航空公司嗎??答:一般航空公司的政策是年滿五歲未滿十二歲的小孩可以自行搭機並且可以申請協助通關(有一個英文代碼我一時想不起來),申請通過之後小孩自通關到上飛機找位子都會有航空公司的地勤人員或是空勤組員協助,並且會在到達目的地後協助下飛機(通常是該航空公司當地的地勤人員)以及通關和拿行李一直到小孩交到當地聯絡人(你指定的聯絡人)手裡. 歲數是十二歲不是十四歲~樓上提供的訊息有誤如果剛好你有一個小孩尚未年滿十二歲的話那你應該可以要求一起帶

只要父母特別細心, 就算你是17歲, 跟航空公司交代後, 航空公司還是會以minor的特殊待遇讓你先登機的
不過, 一般航空公司都是以12歲以下來制定的, 機票上頭就是這樣標示的

yes, you could travel alone too, all you need to do is the parents has to write and sign a paper that says this child is agreed by its parents to travel with XXX. if its under 14, all the airline company will take care of him/her by early boarding, taking pass the immigration counter...you have to tell the airline company before the day your kid travel.Sorry, I have to type in Enlgish, there is no Chinese keyboard here.Have a nice trip.

well, my bro travel alone when he was 6, 9, 11, and 13..I don't see any different treat between the different age. And when I was 17,the air company did the same thing which they did to my brother when he was 6.
