You only need to present the Mate's Receipt instead of the Bill of Lading to pick up the shipment.  We are taking the Chinese Lunar New Year holidays, our office is reopen on February 3. 這是國際貿易文書，有幾個關鍵性轉有名詞，必須用對。1. 放貨：國際貿易上只在運送途中的貨物叫做shipment。所以放貨是release shipment.2. 提單正副本：提單的正本英文叫做 Bill of Lading，是由信用撞開狀銀行（Issuing Bank)，也就是進口地的銀行，發給進口商去提貨的。提單副本英文叫做 Mate's Receipt (大副收據），是出口商將貨物裝船後，由貨船大副簽發的收據。出口商拿到「大副收據」後，向通知銀行（Advising Bank)辦理押匯領取貨款。

We have already asked the local Kuehne and Nagel office to telex releasing your goods, therefore, you just need to use your non-negotiable bill of lading instead of the original bill of lading to have your goods released from the custom.
我們正在放中國農曆年假，直到2月３號才上班。
Kindly please be noted that we are currently on the "Chinese New Year" holiday and will start working again on February 3, 2006.
