這種用在人名或地名的英文，應該沒有所謂正確的中文翻譯吧，只有大家約定成俗的說法，像是人名可以翻成卡蜜兒、卡梅兒等等，或者是卡梅爾山、迦密中學的英文全部都是Carmel。
