or

應該是 the number you have dialed is not in service!

我想為了公平起見 我應該給予有建設性的意見 最佳答案的文法正確 但是這題牽涉到實際情況的應用方式:
就像台灣如果是空號您將會聽到:
您撥的號碼是空號,無法接通!
而不會聽到:
電話號碼錯誤, 不正確!
以上兩者的文法完全正確 但是第一道說法, 在應用上才正確.
