本文是以澎湖地區民眾為調查對象,透過調查和收集資料,了解發展之現況,針對消費者對網路銀行的了解狀況,並分析消費者使用的瓶頸障礙做相關議題。並針對玉山銀行來做探討的個案,對玉山銀行的成立與服務做概述,並且與玉山銀行做相關的訪談。
本研究是採取便利抽樣,對澎湖地區的一般民眾進行問卷調查,共計回收304份,其中有效問卷為297份。詢問受訪者對網路銀行的了解為何?並提及消費者對使用障礙為何?
The survey aims at the object of Penghu citizens and presents general people’s realization of internet banking. In this survey, we compile and analyze internet banking development and people’s choke points at internet banking. We make an issue of the establishment and banking services of Yushan Bank by interviews with E-Sun Bank authority in this survey.
The research has been undergone by means of sampling from Penghu citizens. We received 304 copies of questionnaire, 297 copies of which are effective. The questionnaire is designed to realize how people have got in touch with internet banking, and what they have encountered in internet banking.

The GOAL OF THE questionnaire is to UNDERSTAND how people have got TO KNOW ABOUT THE internet banking, and what THE ISSUES AND PROBLEMS they MAY have encountered WHILE DOING internet banking.
