舊字應是craftsmanship, 但美國近年來這種字凡有涉及形容性別, 皆改用中性的字如:
Congressman Congressperson
spokesman發言人發言的男人 spokesperson 發言的人
stewardess 空中小姐 flight attandent空服員
Secretary 秘書 administrative assistant行政助理
所以有笑話再這樣下去, 國務卿 Secretary of State的英文職稱也要改了

is the exact same as craftmenship, the word _person_ replaces the discrminative word _men_

Craftspersonship is the same as craftsmanship, just like chairperson is the same as chairman. These are those terms that some women prefer to use.
Craftspersonship and craftsmanship are used interchangeably with technique. So, its meaning is very close, if not exactly the same, to technique.
