Question

Stray dogs is a serious problem in Taiwan recently. We can see some sick dogs they stray everywhere. Although dogs are thought the loyalist friends for us,but we treat them in a cruel way.We should find a way to solve the problem at once. At first,we can prevent the female dogs to have babies.If we do it , we can reduce the total of stray dogs.Second,we have to take care of the dogs which we have. We can"t desert them casually when we don"t like them. At last, if we find the stray dogs , we should call the goverment to deal whit the problem. If we do so, we can make our environment more better.

If we do so, we can make our environment better.
