Not a soul will hear and come to your (原本漏打了一個r,這裡是所有格,不是you) rescue even if you scream your head off.(即使你再聲嘶力竭地求救,連個鬼也不會聽到來救你的)叫破喉嚨就是聲嘶力竭的叫,英文有一個片語叫做scream one's head off是很貼切的用法!(不是中文叫"叫破",就一定要把"破"翻出來吧!)
