英文單字字首的大小寫的問題

有些英文標題的一個句子每個單字的字首有的大寫有的小寫有沒有什麼規則呢? 例如 The Power of Love...of 的字首是小寫...

In titles you should not capitalize prepositions, articles, and conjunctions unless they begin the title. All other words are capitalized.
(在書寫作文標題時，每一個字的第一個字母要大寫，但是前置詞、冠詞、連結詞則不需要，除非它是標題中的第一個字。其中介系詞在四個字母以內大部分都小寫，如from；但如果介系詞超過四個字母通常大寫，如about。)
Wrong: The title of his composition is "My Life In The United Kingdom."
Right: The title of his composition is "My Life in the United Kingdom."
Note: Prepositions of more than four letters are frequently capitalized.
Example:
In the first hour our teacher asked us to write a diagnostic composition on
"A Little About Myself."
