出現英文之錯誤訊息無法解決

最近我的電腦開機之後經常出現我的硬體與電腦聰有衝到的英文訊息，之後就當機了，不知是哪個環節出問題，也已經重新安裝多次，始終無法解決，有誰可幫我解決，謝謝。
我的電腦規格如下:
CPU:AMD K8 3000 939，主機板:華碩 A8N-E，PCI-E介面13449卡 HP HP Officejet 5510 多功能事務機 IEEE 1394影像擷取卡

錯誤訊息如下

你先試著把主機板上的介面卡都拆下來，剩下顯示卡、記憶體、CPU這三樣，是看看這樣是否能正常開機即進入OS(作業系統)，這樣能正常的話就一個一個裝回去試著開機看看，應該會有其中一項安裝上去後會出現你所當機的訊息，但是~如果一開始就出現該訊息那應該為記憶體出了問題，換條記憶體看看吧

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUALL 表示是系統IRQ用光了, device driver沒法去分享IRQ. 可以把外接卡交換安裝的位置, 看是不是可以安全開機. 如果不行去華碩網頁看看有沒有可以解決的方法, 也許是update driver或是BIOS. 要多做實驗才會知道是什麼原因造成的.
