Depending on what you mean by that, though I doubt you meant to ask "the end of a singles' party".
I assume you meant to ask in regard to the change of someone's marital status, from single to married or engaged, ie. single no more! :-) Then here are my answers:
For the groom: Bachelor party = Stag night
For the bride: Bachelorette party = Hen night
Bachelor/bachelorette are more common among Americans whereas stag/hen nights are more commonly used among the British.
