在美國的手機預付卡可以在加拿大用嗎?

Q1) 不知道在美國辦預付卡，可不可以在加拿大使用？
Q2) 美國辦預付卡需要額外向該電信業者登入資料嗎？
Q3) 如須登入資料，有沒有要求一定要有當地的地址電話？ 還是可接受登記台灣的地址？

(1) 可以, 不過非常不化算.

(2) 預付卡 -- do you means pre-paid cellphone? 如果是, you must undergo the same application process as getting a traditional cellphone.

(3) You must have a Social Security Number and a local address to apply for a cellphone account. For foreigners, you're better off to purchase a calling card.
