會有些外國學生吃自助餐~請幫我翻譯以下詞句英文應該怎說?

1.夾肉類加十元~少量就酌收
2.使用便當盒不提供紙碗~使用紙盤才有提供紙碗
3.請將飯直接裝在便當盒裡

1.If you get the meat, you need to pay more 10 dollar；but the meat not much，we will deceide your price again.(Maybe less than 10 dollar)

2.If you choose lunch(dinner) box，we will not offer the bowl.
Only when you choose the plate，we just offer the bowl.

3.Please put the rice in yor lunch(dinner) box.

P.S
1.便當盒的說法～依客人來吃午餐或晚餐而選lunchbox或dinner box
2.紙碗~紙盤我不確定是不是用paper-bowl或paper-plate
　　所以我先用bowl跟plate
