A: Do you have any question for me?
B: Yes, I'd like to know your expectation to the subordinate? (不知道您對員工的要求是什麼?)
A: Well, I suppose he or she would be a proactive, energetic and good teamwork member. Since people are our base in the company and we work as teamwork, therefore communication and interpersonal skill are quite important. Hence, I think a proactive and energetic person will move our business smoother and faster. However those requirements are difficult to train, so I would appreciate if my subordinate would be those kinds of person originally.

I think you need to do some homework before going to the interview. If you do not know what the company expect their employees to do, you shall not go for the interview. Besides of that, you need to know what the culture of that company and what kind of people they prefer. If it is possible, take to the people who work for that company and ask for advice.

You can say:
I would like to know how often I have to go for business trip? How many days will I need to stay overseas a year?
It really depends on the company and the filed you are in.

By the way, if you need to do the interview in English, I bet that it must be a big company. Check their website.
