在我的印象當中,應該是指職業病吧...
不是傷害身體或健康的...只是因職業而產生的壞習慣
You can take 人或職業 out of 職業場所,
but you can't take 職業場所 out of 人或職業.

以這句而言,你可以把老師從教室帶出來,
但卻無法改掉他的習慣.
以老師而言這個習慣可能是說教,
或是跟朋友說話好像在上課一樣,
這可能就是他的職業病.
