Can I borrow your cell phone? I need to make a phone call.
(我用 "我需要打一通電話" 代替 "我想打一通電話" 因為我覺得醬說更好喔.....
不過如果你還是想要說 "我想打一通電話" 那就說 -- I want to make a phone call)
Ps. 通常美國會用 "cell phone" 而英國通常說 "mobile phone"
