Operator : Good morning, Holiday Inn Taipei; Lucy Chen speaking, may I help you?

You : Good morning, I’d like to check the room availability of coming Saturday and Sunday.

Operator : I see. So you’d like to make a reservation from Nov 19 to 20 and totally 2 nights, is that right, Sir?

You : Yes, that’s right but I’d like to get more information before I make a confirmation.

Operator : Sure, sir. Let me see, well…our occupancy of those 2 days is still good. May I know how many people you will in?

You : 2 adults and non-smoking.

Operator : Sir, we’ll have a room that exactly what you want on coming Saturday and Sunday. Since that’s weekend staying and our room rate is $4,000 per night.

You : I see. May I know any facilities in your hotel?

Operator : Definitely, we have an indoor and outdoor swimming pools, 5 indoor restaurants and 2 outdoor restaurants; I’d love to highlight those outdoor restaurants are our most popular restaurant as one of them are Mediterranean restaurant and another is Brazilian BBQ restaurant. Two of them are located at poolside and penthouse separately, so that you can choose a romantic place or a funny place to spend you night. More than that, we have a gym room, sauna room and hot spring.

You : It’s a good deal!

Operator : Thank you Sir! Would you please let me have your name for reservation, so that I can keep a better view room for you?

You : Sure, my name is Peter Huang.

Operator : Mr Huang, would you prefer 2 queen-size beds or 1 king-size bed?

You : Actually, I'll spend a weekend with my wife, so 1 king-size bed please.

Operator : Ok, Mr Huang, a confirmation code of the reservation is ABC123 for your reference. Thank you for choosing Holiday Inn Taipei and I wish you and your wife would have a great weekend stay in our hotel!

You : Thank you, Lucy!

Operator : You are welcome, Mr Huang and see you on Saturday!

You : Sure, good-bye!
