一般來講 包子可以用 buns 或者 Chinese steamed buns 來形容但包子有很多種 而毎種都有不同的英文舉些例子好了豬肉包 steamed pork buns奶黃包 steamed egg and lotus seed buns炸包子 fried buns我確認答案是正確的 (已經住英國20多年 常去中國城 對中華料理的英文翻譯還算有個概念)

It's Chinese hamburger!! Not 100% sure, and not an official name, but have heard it called. 肉包子 has meat in bread, just like a hamburger. Unless if you are writing a dictionary, it's official enough.If you are being technical, they are steamed buns or Chinese steamed buns.

你在字典可以查到這個，是水餃的意思！
而在國外，阿豆仔把凡是裡頭有包餡的，而外頭的是麵粉
都歸類在一起，所以這個單字可以應該是可以當作包子用！
