不好意思,他(她)已經辭職了.我是新的業務人員,有什麼需要服務的嗎?I am sorry.  He/She is no longer working here.  I am the new representative.  Is there anything I can help you with? 補充In business, it's not necessary to disscuss his or her reason of leaving the company.  That's is consider too personal and unnecessary to reveal.
