因為在課堂上會有不少Case-Study的討論, 都需要實際的工作經驗才有辦法了解及參予討論

我找到一個Case-Study的範例, 你可以參考依下:

Molten Metal Technology, 1989-1997

This study relates to a high-tech startup in the hazardous and radioactive waste management field.

It tells the story of the challenges Molten Metal Technology faced at the crucial commercialization stage of its innovative technology, with the environmental component adding an interesting twist.

The case prompts students to grapple with the strategic, pragmatic, and ethical challenges the company confronted. Students analyze the potential problems and work in teams to present alternatives and solutions.

Each team then presents its strategy. As a whole, the class discusses:
--The variety of solutions proposed
--How to weigh the proposed solutions and integrate them into a focused strategy
--How different strategies might have affected the case's actual outcome

The case gives students a real-world perspective on environmental business, competitive strategy, and entrepreneurship.
