Central and South America 12 countries 哥斯大黎加共和國Republic of Costa Rica 我於1941年首度在哥國設立公使館， 1959年升格為大使館瓜地馬拉共和國Republic of Guatemala 1935年我在瓜國設置總領事館,1954年我在瓜設立公使館,1960年10月升格為大使館 巴拉圭共和國Republic of Paraguay 我自1957年7月8 日與巴拉圭建交聖文森及格瑞那丁St. Vincent and the Grenadines 1981年8月15日卡拓總理時，簽署建交聲明貝里斯Belize 1989年十月十三日與我建交薩爾瓦多共和國Republic of El Salvador 台薩關係自1933年起，並於1941年我由派駐巴拿馬公使兼任駐薩公使，1961年起升格為大使館海地共和國Republic of Haiti 我於1956年4月25日與海地建交尼加拉瓜共和國Republic of Nicaragua 1930年我於尼京設總領事館，1955年升格為公使館，1967年升格為大使館。1985年12月17日尼國桑定政權承認中共，我與尼國中斷邦交，1990年11月5日查莫洛政府與我復交並互設大使館多明尼加共和國Dominican Republic 民國29年5月11日中多簽訂友好條約 宏都拉斯共和國Republic of Honduras 台宏兩國於民國30年建交巴拿馬共和國Republic of Panama 民國前2年我在巴京設立總領事館，民國11年設立公使館，41年升格為大使館。民國61年我在巴國箇郎市設立領事館聖克里斯多福及尼維斯Saint Christopher and Nevis 1983年10月建交Africa 7 countries 布吉納法索Burkina Faso 中華民國50 年12 月1日 查德共和國Republic of Chad 1997年8月12日我與查德恢復外交關係馬拉威共和國Republic of Malawi 1966年馬國獨立兩週年暨改制共和國紀念，並於七月十一日與班達總統簽署建交公報聖多美普林西比民主共和國Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Principe 我國與聖國在1997年5月6日建立外交關係史瓦濟蘭王國Kingdom of Swaziland 史國於一九六八年九月六日獨立，同日與我國宣佈建交甘比亞共和國Republic of The Gambia 一九六八年建交，一九七四年兩國中止外交關係後逐漸減少雙方接觸。一九九五年雙方簽訂復交公報，全面恢復外交關係塞內加爾共和國Republic of Senegal 一九九六年元月復交(又斷交)Europe 1 country 教廷The Holy See 我與教廷於一九四二年七月正式建交 參考資料外交部
