怪怪的說，明明人家要的是英文，卻都弄中文翻譯，怎麼只有一個人弄得清楚題目阿！

解答:
美國大學制度特別的課程是需要拿 discussion section (DS). 是(針對某 subject)討論課
例如 微積分 你需要上星期二四的課 五個學分(in quarter system) 而星期三就必須要上 DS 一個鐘頭. 通常是由 Teaching Assitant (TA) 來交教. (一般 TA 是研究生來擔任) TA 負責討論功課方面的問題 也可能不時會有 pop quiz.
文科課程沒有 DS.
工科 電腦的主修 則是 DS 和 laboratory 硬性規定一定要拿 不然不能獲得學分
