因為翻譯軟體翻起來有點奇怪~~所以想請各位幫一下忙翻譯下面兩個食譜~謝謝

印度雞肉咖哩
[材料]
棒棒腿五隻(約600g)、馬鈴薯三顆、紅蘿蔔兩條、洋蔥兩顆、印度風味咖哩塊一盒。

[作法]
1. 棒棒腿洗淨後拭乾,去骨後切成大塊,加入些許鹽巴、黑胡椒、薑黃粉、紅椒粉抓過後醃著備用。
2. 馬鈴薯、紅蘿蔔削皮後滾刀切成塊、洋蔥去皮後切大丁。
3. 在快鍋裡加入兩匙油,將初步調味過的雞腿肉倒入煎至表皮全熟後撈出。
4. 倒入洋蔥先翻炒,之後再將馬鈴薯、紅蘿蔔加入,炒三至五分後加水,約淹過材料的高度即可。
5. 大火滾開後暫時熄火,將咖哩塊加入攪拌均勻後再開中火至沸滾。
6. 將快鍋的鍋蓋蓋上,中火加熱至第二條白線出現後,轉小火繼續加熱三分鐘即可將快鍋搬離熱源,待其自然降壓後即可開蓋食用。

印度甩餅
材料:
你也可以依自己的喜好來調整口味!基本上鹽糖及奶油都是用來調味用的所以不用放太多!
中筋麵粉 適量
糖 少許
鹽 少許
奶油 適量
水 適量
做法:

先將糖鹽奶油及水混和調勻,加入麵粉揉成麵團!
醒麵20分鐘,再揉麵至光滑.
在醒麵20分鐘後即可分成小麵團至入冰箱冷藏.
麵團做好後必須要醒至少3小時才能拉成餅,放置隔天更好!另外麵團自冰箱取出後必須回溫才能操作
1.柔麵團(大小如前述),靜置5~10分鐘(醒麵)
2.桿麵皮,用大一點的桿棍桿成約30cm大小
3.拍粉,桿皮當然會用到生麵粉,所以要拍去多餘的粉(這要學)
且拍粉的同時麵皮會拉的更大,所以得學一陣子
4鐵鍋反蓋烤,用中小火,麵皮於烤爐上烤至略焦黃並有氣泡產生時就
熟了。
