太誇張了吧!! 至少也去查一下高雄市政府所發布的英文稿。海洋之都 應該被譯為"Ocean Capital"，請不要誤導別人。
再來，如果適用在句子開頭，可以寫成 Kaohsiung (City), the Ocean Capital,...；或者句尾 ... the Ocean Capital, Kaohsiung (City).
