我是用翻譯軟體，所以有的會不正確，不過大致上看了都ＯＫ！
除了有些外國沒有的食物！

不過酥皮濃湯在美國不是很常見,一般只有在香港的餐廳有看過,"puff pastry soup",不見得外國人會聽得懂是什麼湯

厚片牛排: Chuck steak
牛排的種類是依據牛肉的部位而有不同的名稱,至於厚片牛排,不知你說的是哪個部位,chuck steak 是指頸部到肩部的部位
這些英文牛排的說法在美國是很常見的哦
◎請問餐具(通常指空的杯子、盤子或是餐點)還用嗎?
指著你想收走的盤子說:Are you done with those? (你用完了嗎?)
一般服務生會先詢問你是否用完了,若客人說"yes", 通常服務生就直接收走,可以不用問任何問題,若你想要強調你要拿走,可以加問 May I take them away? (我可以收走了嗎)
◎請問需要幾分熟?

以上兩者都可

呼~~花了我好長時間才打出來的~~其實有些句子根本只是中國人的語言習慣，外國人都不說的，所以我給你的都是老外日常生活中會講的東西，也就是老外的講法，難免跟你的中國式句子有差一點囉~~~但是意思都是大同小異的，參考看看吧!
我在加拿大呆了好一陣子呢~~~
-Welcome to XXX, may I help you? (XXX可加上餐廳名)
-Thank you, have a good day!
-How many seats do you need the table for?
-Sorry for you to wait, here's your soup. (Sorry for you to wait 可以不加, 可以直接說here you are
sir/miss, this is your XXX. 查不到酥皮濃湯是啥...對不起啦)
-Thank you, have a good meal.(通常老外是不會講這個啦，但是說了也無妨)
