第一句話應該是Susan were not doING anything but reading all day long. （do要用進行式才對）。
第二句應該是Don't be aN idle person WHO is not doing anything but fooling arround.
(an idle person who....)

Susan "WAS"..
Susan is a third person, so use "WAS" not "WERE"!
