你裡面的單字有兩個打錯了一個是until另一個是proposal整句的意思是：直到下禮拜前請給我一份完整的提案

"Please extend the deadline for the proposal to next week" sounds fine, but there's nothing wrong with "Please give me until next week to complete the proposal."
"Give" a deadline is okay.

please give me 後面應該有一個受詞省略掉了
(被省略掉的受詞，有可能是指某些資料)
整句的意思是說
下星期前請將 (資料) 給我
以便完成此提案

是proposal, 後面是"al"不是"ual"
題外話:
其實句子本身就有一點問題.
應該說 "Please extend the deadline for the proposal to next week"
