在你向A校申請退學後, A校會向美國國務院(or the Department of Homeland Security)通報, 你的美國簽證會被撤銷. 因為要重新申請一趟B校.(入學學期不對, 舊的B校I-20不能用)P/S : 學校不能阻止你退學的.============================More info :How Do I Apply for Permission to Transfer Schools?
