Two new personnel changes have been announced by Premier Frank Hsieh after the recent resignations of the Minister for the Council of Labor Affairs and acting Kaohsiung City mayor over recent problems with workers on the city new mass transit system.Hsieh met with the president Monday evening, naming a former vice minister and the current Cabinet secretary general as replacements for the posts.
