Lease is the right word to use in renting apartment.

不過如果你是講電話﹐也可以這麼說﹕

預約是 schedule an appointment 或是 make an appointment
租公寓的簽約是用 lease agreement，也有少數人用 leasing agreement.
你說的 contract 比較是用於公司之間很正式的合約或合同，
公寓簽約時不適用。
201號公寓直接說 Aptartment 201即可，
跟別人說地址時也是這樣說，
只有在寫的時候可以簡寫為 Apt 201 或 Apt #201.
公寓的號碼較少用suite，
它是「室」的意思，通常用在辦公大樓，
像是醫生的辦公室，較偏向商業性質的使用。
