老師任意的叫學生回答問題The teacher randomly asked questions among students.你所謂的「任意地」如果是指老師以不選擇特定對象的方式抽問同學問題，上面的翻譯應該可以表達這樣的意思。

"任意地"應該用randomly最合適吧(沒有想到其它的耶)
"叫"這裡可以用pick (選)
randomly pick =抽選
PS. call out是用在"打電話出去"的意思
