For, 禁止, "prohibited" is also a good word.
Eating and drinking in MRT are prohibited by law.

Of course there are tones of errors in there!! It’s supposed to be a joke.. a joke making fun of a stereotyped Chinese in a grocery store, cuz they’d snap, “ You buy nothing! You go now!!” in a Cantonese accent. ->(a joke as will just in case) =_=;
