我猜(因為沒有前文)整句意思是...
員工會從7月初開始到達, 可是會隔著搬動, 好讓設計師可以不停的繼續做電影計劃.
space out在此是指 : 隔開(時間上/空間上)
ex. The cars are parked too close to each other. The drivers need to space out more.
其他人也沒有錯, spaced out 也可解成 : 腦袋空空 (他們少了個"d")
ex. I did not get much sleep last night, and now my mind is spaced out.

但是 spaced out 意思就不同了
在這裡是指多一點空間的意思
