同時有三個完成式，兩個表示時間的子句，確實是個問題。
可以改成
Since I get married with her, I understand the meaning of my life for years.
自從娶了她之後，這些年來我了解了我生命的意義。
自從娶了她這些年來，我了解了我生命的意義。
或可以改成兩個句子 :
It has been several years since I get married with her. I have understood the meaning of my life.自從娶了她之後已經有幾年了，我瞭解了我生命的意義。
或可以改成這樣一個句子 :
It has been several years since I understand the meaning of my life after getting married with her. 自從娶了她瞭解了我生命的意義之後，(到現在)已經有幾年了。

第一句結婚不用 have got married with her. 應該是
I married her, 我娶/嫁了她 - 主動式 I was married to her. 我娶/嫁了她 - 被動式
我改成以下這句:
A: I have found the meaning of my life for several years after I married her.
自從我娶了她之後, 我找到了生命意義好些年了. 是把 SEVERAL YEARS 拿來修飾我找到生命意義.
B: After several years married to her, I have understood the meaning of my life.
婚後幾年, 我了解了生命意義, 這句與 A 句不同的是, SEVERAL YEARS 是拿來修飾結婚的年數.
** 我想是你想要強調 "時間" 的程度,
1. has been ..有現在完成式的意思...
2. have understood 也有現在完成式的意思.
3. since ...have got 也有現在完成式的意思.
但這三件事情應該有先後順序. 所以應該是 我 "先" 娶她, "再" 了解生命的意義, 不過不了解你是婚後 "經過幾年" 後才了解生命意義, 或者 已經了解生命意義 "幾年了". 建議你先想好事件的時間先後順序, 再來寫這句, 可能會比較好下手.

同意拓子Cost可以用...不過[放逐在美]的比較好.

Since I married her several years ago, I found the meanings of my life.
自從幾年前我娶了她以後 我終於找到了我生命的意義
通常英文把時間的表達放在句首的句子比較通順 也比較容易了解

兩句都都怪怪的....
改成
It has been several years since I married her that I understand the meaning of my life.
或
I have understood the meaning of my life for several years since I married her.
(兩句的意思不太一樣)
