What's up=Are you ok
How come=Why
What's going on=What happen

What's up→『怎麼了？幹嘛？』
How come→『怎麼會這樣』的意思～
What's going on→『怎麼了？發生什麼事？』的意思～
此三句，都是比較口語化的用法～～只是比較不正式的用法而已～～
補充：
可以的～～～
就如同我上面述說的～～What's up，How come，What's going on比較口語化～～
像對比較熟的人，用口語化即可～
而Are you ok ，Are you ok ，What happen就比較正式化～～比較有禮貌啦～^^
