2. I'm ready to enter the college 是說 你已經準備好了 如果是正在準備 應該說
I'm getting ready 不過我覺得 I'm ready to enter the college 聽起來怪怪的 因為通常沒有人會這樣說 直接說 I am getting ready for college (或著 I'm getting ready to go to college) 就可以了
如果你說的 "我準備進入大學" 的意思是 "我計畫進入大學" 的意思的話 那可以用 I am planning to go to college
3. "另一方面我正在存錢出國"
恩 其他人的回答是對的 on the other hand 是類似 "換句話說" 的意思
你的意思是不是 "在同一時間 我也正在存錢出國"呢? 如果是的話 建議用
at the same time, I am saving money for going (要加 ing)abroad
或著你也可以分成兩個句子: I am getting ready for college. Meanwhile ("在這當中" 的意思) , I am saving money for going abroad.

→ attend the college

withal adv. prep. 而且,又,另一方面
contrary adj. n. adv. 相反的(地)
這兩種都有你所需要的意思
但是你的句子所需要的應該是第一個 withal
其實這句子用"and" 應該也可以通吧
用withal 造的句子:
I'm ready to enter the callage and saving money for go abord withal.

可以用
