You can also say "go with the flow" but that is usually used in the context of a person being "carefree," (不適合用來描述一件事).

"Let it be" has a similar meaning, but usually used to mean letting things go and implies giving up. (有點放棄的意思).

Although "let nature take[s] its course" sounds right, it has a different meaning in English from "順其自然." (Just like "pulling one's leg" does not mean 扯後腿")

So, pick the right one in the right context.
