The weatehr in Taiwan is not very stable.
There are especially more cold fronts this year.
It is very hot in summer and very cold in winter.

The Taiwan climate has become very unpredictable, therefore cold fronts hit the isalnd so many times this year. The coming summer will be very hot and winter very cold.
用"unpredictable"（難以預測）或者"treacherous"（不可靠的）比較能形容大家對天氣變幻無常的感受。例如一篇文章的標題：Beefy butterfly warns of unpredictable climate change effects.. 動作遲鈍的蝴蝶的出現是對未來不穩定氣候來臨的警示。

中文的字面意義確實如你所說是「台灣的氣候很不穩定」。但是一個地方的氣候不論冷熱，原來一定是穩定而可預測的。一定是後來某些短期原因（如聖嬰現象）導致當地氣候「變得」不穩定。因此翻成英文用has become比較符合實際。
不過還是謝謝你的細心，注意到這樣些微的差異。

菜英文.但我認為你不需要用becomes吧因為是台灣的氣候很不穩定.而不是台灣的氣候變的很不穩定
