Usually people say: Afternoon meal or late afternoon meal.
Okay, I asked five of my co-workers and they told me there is no term for it. They all told me:"Afternoon meal," so I go for it.
However, please let me know if you do find out the term, if there is any. I would like to share it with my friends here too.

I looked up this vocabulary in the online dictionary and the answer is "lunner".
