下大雨時，要用那些英文片語來形容呢？如果能夠由大而小地排列就更棒了！

唔... 要排列大小的話好像有點困難...
不過我常常聽過的有
1. It's pouring outside. (傾盆大雨)
2. It's raining cats and dogs. (又急又大的雨, cat 好像代表大雨, 而 dog 代表狂風)
3. It's raining like mad outside. (有點像是 '下雨下瘋了' 的感覺)
4. It's storming outside. (外面正下著暴風雨)
至於如何比較的話就見仁見智了... 要是我可能會選擇
3 > 4 > 1 > 2

It rains dogs and cats.
因為外國的屋頂尖尖的,所以一下雨便把屋頂上的小貓小狗沖到地上了.等於''It rains heavly.''

It's raining lightly. 下小雨
It's drizzling. 下毛毛雨

句子: I was caught in a shower. 我遇到了驟雨。
補充: It's really pissing down here at the moment. (這是英國與澳洲的說法，與 it rains heavily的意思相同。)
