Hmm... If I were you, I wouldn't try to use those words at all, even including sh*t. And if I ever has to use it, I'd go with shoot instead of sh*t. My professors used to say "shoot" all the time. And about F blah stuff, college students love to use it alot as I recall. But sometimes F+ing format emphasizes the situation you are trying to describe; for instance, " Today is F+ing cold.", " my brother broke my computer again, he's a f+ing idiot.", or " Gee... it's f+ing annoying".
And suck comes with simply meaning of "bad"; for example, A:" how do you like your food?", B:" Oh, my god.. it sucks( it is bad, i don't like it, i hate it, not tasty)."
