我想你應該是指troubled water吧
麻煩的水,那就是指波濤洶湧,湍急的水流
bridge over the troubled water,被翻成"惡水上的大橋"
意思就是困境中伸出的援手,
試著想想看處在湍急的水流上,出現了座堅固的大橋,就能理解了!
