We can say:

I live near here. (Preposition +here)

Fill it up to here. (Preposition +here)

Q: BUT, can we say "I live IN here." or "Come TO here."? Why?

I live near here. 在此here當名詞。
I live in here. 為什麼這句我們不能把here當名詞用,而要去掉介系詞 in ,把here當作副詞用呢?
請指點迷津,感謝。

It's warm in here. 這裡面很溫暖。(here當名詞用)

我想主要是詞性的問題
I live near here
live(vi)後面要接名詞here時先接介係詞near
而I live here
此時here做副詞用
同理Come here此時here也是當副詞

"I live here." --->I know "here" is an adverb in this sentence.

My question is---why can't we use it as a "noun" like "I live near here."

I live here. ("Here" is adverb.)Come here.   ("Here" is adverb.)That's why we don't put preposition here.
