Titi is not a name.
In Paris, some says "titi ", it means "child"

Hi! "Titi" doesn't exist as a name in France. But it is a nickname for "Thierry" (for example the soccer player Thierry Henry is often called "Titi") .
It 's also the name of a famous bird in cartoon: http://www.gerbaud.fr/images/Logo%20titi.jpg
And the "titis" were the young boys of streets in Paris, nice rascals.
