I'd say he's very clever, he explains he knows everything and he has all the solutions, but he's mainly strong in communication ...
It is anyway not part of his image (contrarily to Bush, whose stupidity is now known by everybody): people voted to him because he explained he had the solutions ...
Another answer: in the USA, Bush' government thinks for him (Rumsfeld, CHeney, Rice, ...); but in France, Sarkozy thinks for his government !!! The members of his government have indeed nothing to decide, they just are there for television, and to face the people when something goes wrong ... But the decisions are taken by Sarkozy and his unknown personal advisors.

I'm sure as Bush and others it is dangerous, not real stupid unfortunely.......In the past all over the world we had to wait for horrible events to stop trusting in nationalism.....Today the evolution of nationalism is international capitalism........ But I beleive we are getting day by day to its end......I keep on beleiving we do not need any other war anymore, but we have real to express ourselves to avoid the worst............. I'm a other believer..... I know it is important keep on e_fight_clubbing all over the world!

Yes, for sure.
Something funny is that he wants to copy Bush. He put a black woman in his cabinet, to have his Condolleza Rice, in his own words. He wants to change our constitution to speak to the Parliament like in the US. Since Bush is a drunker, he became one at the G8 summit (see the stunning videos on Youtube). He is constantly doing runnings like US presidents.Like Bush is getting fucked by the Saoudis and Pakistanis, he got (severely) by Godhafi. He is now spending his holidays in the US, etc etc....
too bad for you you don't understand french his speeches are often funny in the way he talks.
