Con Windows Movie Maker es muy facil y sencillo.

Con "Picasa" es de Google y te permite eso y mucho mas .....Saludos

CON EL NERO PREMIUM, TIENE UNA FUNCION DE SHOW PICTURE EN DONDE LE PUEDES AGREGAR MUSICA Y MENUS PARA PODER VERLO COMO CUALQUIER DVD.
