English, American, Italian..I do not think that his nationality is important, you still like him. And if you like him a lot as you're saying why don't you just tell me what you truly feel? He might like you or he might not but at least you told him about your feelings. Just try to ask him out sometimes and try to spend some time with him..Then, at the right moment, you just tell him everything : ) Good luck dear!

Why don't you go and ask your questions to americans in the "American/British" website?
